The Quality Assurance Division at the College of Agriculture, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division and the Media and Government Communication Division, organized a seminar on how to evaluate job performance, with the attendance and participation of heads of academic departments, faculty members and affiliates. The seminar included a lecture given by the Director of the Quality Assurance Division at the College, Dr. Ahmed Essam Daoud, in which he explained the purpose of holding this seminar, which is to explain how to fill out performance evaluation forms for faculty members and employees in Iraqi universities, why the evaluation is done, who deserves the evaluation, how to evaluate, what are the necessary evidence and documentation, how to match the forms with the guide, and focusing on some important axes that serve the educational and administrative process in the college in particular and the university in general.
