The College of Agriculture at the University of Kirkuk organized a volunteer campaign involving faculty members and students to clean the forests in Al-Dibis District (Shanaga Forests).
The Head of the Forestry Department at the college, Assistant Professor Dr. Matin Yilmaz Izzidin, explained that both academic staff and students participated in cleaning the Shanaga forests from waste and debris, driven by their belief that a clean environment is essential for human health and the sustainability of life.
