The head of the Department of Field Crops at the College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Khattab Abdullah Muhammad, headed the committee to discuss the master's thesis of the student (Lutfia Saad Younis), specializing in agricultural economics and guidance, College of Agriculture, Tikrit University.
Muhammad explained that the committee he headed discussed the thesis entitled (Obstacles to Extension Communication from the Point of View of Agricultural Employees in Salah al-Din Governorate).
He added that the committee, after extensive discussion, decided to accept the thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master's degree and grant the student the certificate
