A lecturer in the College of Agriculture, Dr. Samira Faydallah Muhammad, participated as a member of the committee discussing a master’s thesis by the student Asmaa Nour al-Din Rashid, Department of Life Sciences, College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Kirkuk.
The lecturer explained that the thesis she discussed dealt with evaluating the ability of Dracaena Sanderiana to treat gray water used in irrigation.
She added that the committee, after extensive discussion, decided to accept the thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master’s degree and grant the student the certificate.
