New Publications Authored by Faculty Members at the University of Kirkuk

Three new academic works have been published by faculty members from the College of Agriculture in collaboration with researchers from Kirkuk’s Agriculture Directorate. The authors include:

• - Professor Dr. Kefaia Ghazi Saeed

• - Assistant Lecturer Abeer Qasim Mohammed

• - Researcher Marwa Mohammed Omar (MSc in Horticulture and Landscape Design, Kirkuk Agriculture Directorate)

Dr. Kefaia Ghazi Saeed explained that the publications focus on the following topics:

1. Ornamental Plants: Part 1

2. Woody Ornamental Plants

3. Commercial Cut Flowers and the Art of Floral Arrangement

Copies of these works were donated to the Central University Library and the College Library to serve as academic resources for researchers, undergraduate, and graduate students.

Assistant Professor Dr. Osamah Ibrahim Ahmed, Dean of the College, honored the authorship team with a letter of appreciation, commending their efforts to enrich academic libraries with specialized scientific content. He expressed hope for their continued success in advancing Iraq’s scientific endeavors.
