The College of Agriculture, Department of Animal Production, organized a scientific symposium under the slogan "Productive Performance of Poultry as One of the Ways to Achieve Food Security", with the attendance and participation of teachers and specialists in the field of poultry breeding. broiler chickens, and methods for detecting feed contamination with mycotoxins, and protecting the feed from infection with aflatoxins because of their harmful effect on the quality of feed and the health of birds. The symposium recommended reducing the economic cost of broiler breeding projects through, reducing fat deposition in broiler carcasses and thus increasing the percentage of transpiration, and decreasing mortality through early detection of Feed contamination with mycotoxins and protection of birds from poisoning, and adherence to the C: P ratio of energy from protein in diets according to the company's guide Producer of the breed, and an emphasis on reducing the breeding period to 35 days or less to obtain low-fat carcasses.ndf1
