The College of Arts held a dialogue workshop on the structure of the work of the faculty with the participation of the faculty’s teachers. The workshop aimed to review the most important points and instructions in the Higher Education Law and Scientific Research and the instructions of the University of Kirkuk Council, which concern the professors of the scientific departments in the college. The workshop included a discussion of instructions, controls and other axes on the mechanism of dealing with The structuring of the administration and teachers, as well as addressing the requirements and conditions that must be met by the academic university professor’s work, and discussing several other axes, such as the hours to be achieved by professors in the teaching quorum, lectures, and classroom and extracurricular activities.
