This step came within the framework of the college’s keenness to enhance the practical aspects of students and ensure their training under integrated scientific and educational supervision. The committee held intensive meetings to develop an accurate distribution plan that takes into account the needs of schools and students’ specializations. Experienced and competent supervisors were selected to ensure that appropriate support and guidance are provided to students during their practical application period. The committee stressed that the goal of this process is to develop students’ educational and practical skills and qualify them to deal with the classroom environment and its requirements. It was also noted the importance of following up on students’ progress and submitting periodic reports on their performance to achieve maximum benefit from this training phase.
For his part, the Dean praised the efforts made by the committee and faculty members in supporting the educational process, stressing that this program is an integral part of the college's vision to graduate educational cadres who possess the efficiency and skills that qualify them to build future generations.
