College of Basic Education – University of Kirkuk 
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the Division of Continuing Education organized a scientific seminar entitled “Explanation of the Employee Evaluation Form,” delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Ibrahim Owaid Harrat.
The seminar aimed to provide a comprehensive and detailed explanation of the evaluation form, outlining the principles and criteria upon which the evaluation process is based. It also clarified the mechanisms adopted for calculating scores in an accurate and fair manner, while highlighting the key challenges and common errors that may accompany the evaluation process, along with methods for addressing them in accordance with sound scientific and administrative principles.
Furthermore, the seminar sought to enhance awareness among employees and direct supervisors of the importance of objective evaluation and its role in improving both individual and collective performance, as well as in developing the work environment in line with the requirements of quality and institutional excellence.
