Scientific Seminar at the Faculty of Arts on Building Self-Confidence for Women Leaders

The Faculty of Arts at the University of Kirkuk organized a scientific seminar titled "Building Self-Confidence for Women Leaders."

The seminar featured lectures by Assistant Lecturer Bahoz Qahraman Rahim, titled "Self-Confidence for Women Leaders and its Impact on the Political Participation of Iraqi Women," and Assistant Lecturer Baraa Jassim Mohammed, titled "Glimpses of Women's Confidence in the Prophetic Era."

The seminar included an introduction to women's leadership, its importance, and strategies for building self-confidence. It also addressed the obstacles and motivators for women's leadership in political participation and ways to develop leadership self-skills. Furthermore, the event emphasized that enhancing self-confidence is manifested in the ability to make decisions, while highlighting examples of prominent female leaders from around the world.
