Seminar at the College of Arts on Supporting Women in Entrepreneurship

The College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk organized a scientific seminar titled "From Idea to Funding: Supporting Women in Entrepreneurship."

The seminar emphasized that supporting women in this field is a fundamental pillar for economic empowerment and sustainable development. It highlighted how government initiatives contribute to increasing the percentage of female-led enterprises by providing soft loans, training, and digital transformation, which has led to a significant rise in their economic participation.

The seminar aimed to stress the necessity of launching special initiatives and loans for women to establish Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). It also called for organizing programs to raise awareness and provide training in financial management, planning, and technology to enhance the quality of women's businesses. Furthermore, the seminar recommended providing digital platforms for training, supporting remote work, and utilizing social media for marketing purposes.
