The College of Basic Education, in cooperation with the Kirkuk Health Department, held an awareness seminar on the concepts of mental health with the participation of a number of specialized researchers. Concepts related to mental health Mental health disorders include mental disorders and psychosocial disabilities, as well as other psychological conditions associated with severe distress, poor performance, or the risk of self-harm. Psychological problems, alleviating and limiting them, and enabling a person to face the pressures of life and achieve his potential, to learn and work well, and mental health as a basic human right for personal, community and socio-economic development.
