The University of Kirkuk discusses jurisprudence issues in the book “The Mercy of the Nation”

The College of Education for Human Sciences discussed the master’s thesis tagged with jurisprudential issues that were agreed upon by three of the four imams in the book “The Mercy of the Nation in the Difference of Imams” by Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman, by the student Waad Abdul Rahman Mukhlif, and supervised by Prof. Dr. Abdul Sattar Shahada Hussain. The study included a statement of the agreed-upon sayings between the sects that serve as a basis for Islamic unity, and that are compatible with the spirit of Sharia and the assimilation of the other, as well as representing a jurisprudential wealth for jurists to accommodate emerging issues in legal incidents in accordance with Islamic Sharia, and that it is valid for every time and place. The study aimed to know what three of the four imams agreed on in matters of felonies and punishments, and to clarify the evidence on which the jurists relied, and its fruit in reducing the significant jurisprudential dispute, and its importance in expanding on the taxpayer in taking opinions and statements with their evidence.
