The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine organizes a scientific field visit for its students

Coinciding with the anniversary of World Veterinary Day, the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine organized a scientific field visit to the fields and forests of Dibis District, with the participation of a number of faculty members and students of the college. The Dean of the College explained that these visits come within the requirements for accreditation, through organizing field visits to livestock and sheep farms to familiarize students with the methods used to preserve the national product and avoid its infection with common communicable diseases. She indicated that these visits give students a great incentive to learn how to deal with animals in the field, and to gain direct knowledge of the surrounding environmental conditions.
