Under the guidance of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Shahd Abbas Al-Attar, and on the occasion of the Iraqi National Day for Entrepreneurship, a workshop entitled "How to Build a Successful Team" was organized with the attendance and participation of the college's students. The workshop included a lecture delivered by Assistant Lecturer Abbas Najm Al-Din, in which he addressed the most important aspects that must be available to develop a successful work team by focusing on common goals and distributing different roles as required by the diversity of skills and technical expertise, while taking into account the need to create a suitable work environment that includes psychological security and transparency in work, which results in mutual trust and cooperation through a system of continuous and effective communication to enhance the spirit of national belonging, and to avoid problems and conflicts in the workplace. The workshop aimed to rely on clarity, accuracy, and objectivity when distributing tasks and roles to prevent confusion, and to emphasize the importance of adhering to work principles with complete transparency and clarity to ensure focus. This work leads to achieving the desired results and the continuity of work as one.
