University Psychological Counseling organizes a morning session on psychological stress

Under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Professor Dr. Shahd Abbas Al-Attar, the University Psychological Counseling Division organized a morning session entitled "Psychological Stress and Time Management" for first-year students. The session included a lecture delivered by Assistant Lecturer Hayam Rashid, in which she addressed the psychological and emotional stress that afflicts individuals due to severe psychological and nervous pressures resulting from the many demands of life, or from social, family, academic, or work-related problems, leading to an inability to cope with them or to think clearly in order to find appropriate solutions. The lecture aimed to highlight the importance of time management in a way that contributes to reducing psychological stress and anxiety, which in turn contributes to increased productivity, enhanced self-confidence, and self-development.
