A teacher from the University of Kirkuk participates in a research published in a solid international journal

Earth and Environmental Science magazine published a scientific study for my teacher at the College of Agriculture / Hawija, University of Kirkuk within a joint research team that included the universities of Kirkuk and Tikrit. A member of the research team, Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim Saleh, said that the study aimed to cause tissue damage by Bisphenol A (BPA) and then Diagnosing the therapeutic role of Moringa oleifera. The study included the use of 66 adult male rats divided into a control group that were given (by mouth) a normal physiological solution, and two groups of rats were given (by mouth) (5 and 10 mg/kg BPA (and divided into 4 subgroups). For each concentration and each subgroup dosed with Moringa oleifera 100, 200, 300 and 400 mg/kg leaf extracts, respectively. The study found a significant increase in BPA groups (P≤0.05) in urea and creatinine with different tissue damages in the kidneys, including damaged glomeruli.dr.ahmed1
