The Presidency of the University of Kirkuk / Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations announces the launch of scholarships for non-Iraqi (Arab and foreign) students for those wishing to complete their undergraduate studies (Bachelor Degree) for the academic year 2023/2024 for various disciplines, where limited seats are available as scholarships according to the schedule and conditions shown below:

Requirements

• The applicants for the scholarships must be non-Iraqi citizens from Arab or foreign countries.
• The completion of the undergraduate study should be in the same high school specialization (scientific & literary), and his high school The completion of the undergraduate study should be in the same high school specialization (scientific, literary), and his high school certificate is subjected to scientific evaluation.
• The age of the applicant should not exceed 30 years.
• The deadline for submission for the academic year 2023/2024 is September 1^st
• Candidates will be notified of admission no later than October 1st 2023 to complete the final admission requirements.
• All applications that do not meet the conditions or do not have the required documents will be neglected, and the university does not bear any legal consequences.
• The university undertakes to provide university housing for the student only without his family, in addition to exempting him from the academic tuition fees.

Required application documents

1. Academic documents certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the applicant’s country and the Iraqi embassy or cultural attaché in applicant's country.
2. The applicant passport should be valid for no less than two years from the date of the initial admission letter.
3. Certificate of no criminal record with a health certificate issued by the applicant's country (submitted after initial admission letter).
4. A written pledge under which the applicant undertakes to abide the laws, regulations, instructions and rules in Iraq (submitted after initial admission letter).
