
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the Continuing Education Division organized a scientific seminar entitled “The Role of Employees and Faculty Members in Promoting a Culture of Integrity and Combating Corruption,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Qasid Fadil Awwad.
The seminar aimed to highlight the importance of consolidating the principles of integrity and transparency within the academic and administrative work environment, and to clarify the pivotal role played by both employees and faculty members in strengthening institutional values, adhering to regulations and instructions, and combating manifestations of administrative and financial corruption.
The seminar also addressed ways of promoting a culture of accountability, and the impact of ethical and professional commitment on advancing the institution and achieving its objectives.
The session concluded with positive engagement, valuable discussions, and constructive academic interventions, all of which emphasized the necessity of collective efforts to build a work environment based on integrity, justice, and responsibility.
