The College of Arts at Kirkuk University organized a scientific seminar entitled "The Development Road Project in Iraq and Prospects for Regional and International Connectivity."The seminar highlighted the importance of this road from various perspectives, noting that it is one of the largest strategic projects through which Iraq seeks to reposition itself geographically and economically as a link between East and West. The seminar also explained the project's key strategic objectives, including creating numerous job opportunities and strengthening regional integration with neighboring countries.
