The College of Arts at Kirkuk University organized a scientific seminar entitled "Building Self-Confidence for Women Leaders." The seminar included an introduction to women's leadership and its importance, strategies for building self-confidence, and an examination of the obstacles and incentives for women leaders in political participation and how to develop their leadership skills. Emphasis was placed on the fact that enhancing self-confidence is embodied in knowing how to make decisions.
