To enhance scientific and academic cooperation and develop scientific capabilities and competencies, faculty members from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk participated in the Seventh International Conference on Legal Issues held by the Faculty of Law at Tishk International Private University / Erbil.The participation of the Faculty of Law at the University of Kirkuk in the conference came by submitting more than one research paper, through which it showed the home of commercial activity and the obligation of tax assignment, and addressed the most important obstacles and issues facing investors and owners of joint-stock companies that have commercial activity in Iraq, and discussed the role of the administrative control authority in Protecting food security, as well as defining the concept of food security and its importance, and indicating the factors affecting food security, whether political, economic, social or natural.
