The College of Basic Education organized a lecture to raise awareness among girls about UN Security Council Resolution 1325 and the mechanisms for achieving its objectives. The lecture, presented by Dr. Sakina Ali Karim, aimed to introduce the concept of Resolution 1325 and its main pillars, which include protecting women's rights during conflicts, ensuring their active participation in peacebuilding processes, preventing gender-based violence, and promoting women's role in reconstruction and sustainable development.
