Under the supervision and follow-up of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the college administration held this competition as part of a series of previously planned activities and events.
Such competitions are considered important academic activities that contribute to the development of scientific thinking, the refinement of students’ skills, and the promotion of positive competition among them. Their role extends beyond merely assessing the level of academic achievement; they also foster critical thinking, analytical abilities, and quick response skills, while encouraging a culture of scientific research and continuous engagement with diverse sources.
Moreover, these activities enhance students’ self-confidence, reinforce the values of teamwork, and promote a culture of constructive dialogue and acceptance of differing viewpoints.
In conclusion, this type of competition represents an effective tool for identifying students’ latent potential and motivating them toward excellence and creativity in scientific, literary, and cultural fields, which positively reflects on their academic performance and the development of their future personalities.
