A Scientific Seminar Entitled “Moral Values as the Foundation of Human Development”

Under the patronage of the President of University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the Continuing Education Unit organized a scientific seminar entitled “Moral Values as the Foundation of Human Development,” delivered by Assistant Lecturer Abdullah Ahmed Jaloub.
The seminar aimed to highlight the importance of moral values and their pivotal role in shaping individuals and developing society. It emphasized their impact in consolidating the principles of justice, responsibility, tolerance, and collective work, thereby contributing to the achievement of sustainable human development.
The seminar included several scientific themes addressing the relationship between moral values and societal progress, the role of educational institutions in strengthening the value system, and the contemporary challenges facing the consolidation of values amid social and cultural changes.
The event also witnessed distinguished engagement from attendees through interventions and questions that enriched the discussion, reaffirming the importance of continuing such academic activities that promote intellectual and ethical awareness.
