Under the patronage of the President of University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the Continuing Education Unit organized a scientific seminar entitled “Exploiting Individual Skills in the Labor Market and Establishing a Private Project.”
The seminar was delivered by Asst. Lecturer Dhamyaa Mousa Zaidan and aimed to shed light on the importance of discovering and developing individual skills, how to employ them effectively in the labor market, and to present practical insights into the steps for establishing a private project based on personal competencies. This contributes to enhancing the spirit of initiative and self-reliance.
The seminar also witnessed remarkable interaction from the attendees and constructive academic discussions that enriched the seminar’s themes and helped raise awareness of the importance of investing in individual capabilities to achieve professional success and economic sustainability.
