College of Basic Education – University of Kirkuk 
Under the patronage of the esteemed university president, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and the supervision of the esteemed Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the Continuing Education Division held a seminar titled
"Student Discipline on Campus According to the Instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education" on Tuesday, 23/12/2025, attended by a number of faculty members and students.
The lecture was conducted by the instructor M. Mr. Amer Mohsen Khalaf emphasized the importance of adhering to discipline rules within the university campus as one of the fundamental pillars for providing a safe and stimulating educational environment. He explained that the Ministry of Higher Education has issued a series of clear instructions aimed at regulating student behavior and promoting academic and social values among students.
The panel discussions during the seminar addressed several topics, including mechanisms for enhancing discipline, the role of positive methods in guiding student behavior, and the importance of cooperation between colleges and student administrations to effectively implement the instructions. A discussion session was also opened for the attendees, where participants raised their questions and suggestions regarding the activation and application of the instructions to serve the educational process.
