Professor Dr. Tania Qader Abdul Rahman, the Administrative Assistant Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Kirkuk, received a committee from the University Presidency to evaluate the college's Human Resources Division. This visit comes as part of the follow-up and development of administrative and functional performance, in accordance with the quality standards adopted by the university.
During the visit, the committee reviewed the key units within the division, the approved work mechanisms in personnel management, and the organization of employee files. At the conclusion of the visit, the committee provided its observations and recommendations aimed at enhancing work efficiency within the division and raising the level of administrative services provided at the college.
