The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Kirkuk, Assistant Professor Dr. Issam Hadi Mohammed, received a delegation from the Kirkuk Environment Directorate during an official visit aimed at strengthening joint cooperation in environmental and service-related fields on campus.

During the meeting, the directorate’s plans to support colleges in environmental fields were reviewed, and the possibility of implementing awareness programs and specialized workshops for students on the impact of ozone-depleting gases and refrigerant gas inventories was discussed. The meeting also explored opportunities for collaboration on projects related to pollution monitoring and mitigating negative environmental effects.
The Dean emphasized his commitment to strengthening partnerships with government institutions, particularly those concerned with environmental issues, recognizing their active role in supporting the educational process and serving the community.
